After the success of Oxford Towers, Oxford Studio and Oxford Ambience, we have completed Bangalore’s landmark project “SUNCITY”, “EUPHORIA”, “ZEPHYR” on Sarjapur outer Ring Road. The promoters have a strong and dedicated team of people who manage the important areas of land procurement, architecture, development, marketing and financial activities of the project.

Found by Mr. Govindachar, who came from a humble farming family, moved to Bengaluru in the early 70s to seek better fortunes, he started working as an employee for a public sector firm. Through honest work, dedication and perseverance, Mr. Govindachar established his name which came to be synonymous with quality, integrity and transparency in the Real Estate Industry, thus forming Corporate Leisure and Property Development in 1998.
With un-paralleled attention to quality construction and a focus on superior materials, through his 25+ years of tenure in the Real Estate Industry.
Mr. Govindachar had a vision for CLPD to cater to Mid-Segment home buyers through properties that had honest prices and focused on superior fit & finish. Today, CLPD, with one of Karnataka’s largest land banks have successfully completed over 15 large scale projects with his son Mr. Raviachar at the helm.
CLPD, with its tenured patronage and Mr. Govindachar’s principles of quality, integrity and transparency, has started developing world-class properties that cater to mid and high-end segments.
