Our founder
From a farming family to one of Karnataka's largest land banks
He came to Bengaluru in the early seventies and started as an employee at a public sector firm. Honest work made his name synonymous with quality, integrity and transparency — and in 1998 it became a company. Today, with his son Mr. Raviachar at the helm, CLPD builds for mid and high-end segments alike.
